Fundies Opposing HPV Vaccines

Once again the Rev. Rick Scarborough's of the World show what lunatics they are by opposing HPV vaccinations in favor of abstinence only campaigns. Shoving abstinence only information to young teenagers with no safe sex information is just plain stupid.

Good news and information from the CDC site. It is nice to see that the fundie pastors haven't overthrown the experts/physicians/researchers at the CDC -- yet. George Bush is appointing so many unqualified folks to the CDS and AIDS commissions that is is just scary. It is great that Merck came through with this great vaccine. Go have your daughter get her first (of three) shots tomorrow!
